It seems like this will be the owners' last, best offer. So the players will take the deal to the union reps for review early next week. From all accounts and sources, the union seems very fractured on what to do facing this deal and ultimatum.

2) The good news is that if a deal is reached next week and the league begins a 70-game season, the All-Star Game would still happen at Amway Center as scheduled, Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel reports.

3) Kelly Dwyer of Ball Don't Lie says the owners might be at fault for making the last two agreements unworkable, but right now it is the players' fault for not finishing this deal and costing the fans games.
